- Bracket One (Graduate - +2years' experience): $80,000 - $100,000+ plus superannuation and salary packaging
- Bracket Two (+4 years' experience): $100,000 - $120,000+ plus superannuation and salary packaging
About The Role
Murdock Recruitment is currently seeking Occupational Therapists on behalf of one of our valued clients.
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at one of our clinics, some based in Cannington, Balcatta, Joondalup, Rockingham or Mandurah. You will work with a diverse range of clients in various settings. In this team-oriented environment, we strive to provide the most comprehensive Allied Health experience.
Main responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate functional abilities and needs of individuals with disabilities.
Collaborate with clients, families, and support teams to set client-centred goals.
Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve activities of daily living, fine/gross motor skills, and sensory integration.
Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and environmental modifications.
Implement cognitive rehabilitation strategies to enhance cognitive function.
Educate clients, families, and support networks on disability management and independence.

Salary Packaging: Up to $18,500 annually

Skills & Experience
What You Need to Bring
Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification.
Certifications: Valid driver’s license, Working With Children (WWC) Check, NDIS Workers Screen, and First Aid certification.
Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience in providing person-centred, evidence-informed therapy.
Eligibility: Proof of eligibility to work in Australia is required.
