About The Role

● Work as an OSHC Coordinator and report to the Area Manager
● Act as an OSHC Area Manager in their absence
● Be empowered to run an efficient and smooth operation.
● Flexible and relaxed atmosphere to help children prepare their minds for the day ahead.
● Help with the structure and planning of the educational, physical, special and emotional
needs of the children.
● Build and engage with the local community, creating strong ties and relationships.

Skills & Experience

  • ACECQA Approved Qualification (Diploma or Certificate IV in Educational Support or equivalent)

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • Current approved First Aid Certificate / Asthma and Anaphylaxis training or willing to obtain

  • Strong understanding of ‘my time, our place’ and NQS

  • Permanent Resident/Citizen

  • Effective communication skills – with families, staff and children

  • 2 x professional references from a past employer

As part of your role, you will be working with young children and those who are vulnerable.


It is your obligation to always ensure their safety and report any concerns that you have, in line with our duty of care obligations.


You will be required to regularly provide the necessary

  • Working with Children Check

  • Police Clearances

  • Reference Checks from a previous Manager.
