As the OSHC Supervisor, you will be provided with the opportunity to work in a fun environment, designed to stimulate young minds.

About the role

The purpose of your new role is to lead and supervise your team of educators, paying particular attention to their personal development. In turn, this will deliver a high-quality service to children and their families. 

Situated close to local primary schools you will build strong relationships with them and the wider community.

In line with your new employer's approach, you will be responsible for developing and evaluating an engaging program, which will be fun to participate in!

You will also be responsible for the maintenance of accurate financial and administrative records.

You will, of course, be paid a split shift allowance and uniform will be provided. 

Skills and experience

  • Do you have outstanding administrative skills and experience gained in a similar role?
  • Are you passionate about delivering a quality child care service?
  • Do you hold either a Certificate IV in OSHC or a Diploma in Children's Services?
