These opportunities are open and available for all qualified and registered Early Childhood Teachers who want to take on the initiative of education in a Long Day Care setting. With permanent full-time roles on offer, now is the time to leap into the future. 

 About You

We are looking for amazingly driven Early Childhood Teachers who are looking to nurture and inspire Australia’s future generations.

The ideal applicant will hold a Bachelor or Masters of Education (Early Childhood) as recognised by ACECQA and a current West Australian Working with Children Check. With a demonstrated Early Childhood philosophy, supported by an age-responsive approach to teaching and learning, you will share our commitment to inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.

 You will create an innovative and creative curriculum supported by a team of educators to provide an engaging and stimulating program for the children in your care. 

 Your Primary Responsibilities will include:

• We establish, nurture, and foster collaborative partnerships with families and communities to achieve quality learning. And development outcomes for children.
• You will be able to demonstrate an Early Childhood philosophy supported by an age-responsive approach to teaching and learning.
• You will also share our commitment to inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.
• You will participate in professional performance and practice strategies to further improve performance capabilities. Professional learning.
• Engaging in shared, sustained interactions with children build warm, trusting relationships.
• Complete curriculum planning and reflections.

You Must-Have

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) as recognised by the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012
• Proof of assessment by ACECQA for all overseas qualifications or equivalencies
• Current Teachers Registration
• Current Covid-19 Vaccination
• Current WA Working With Children Check.
• Must have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Medically fit to work within a childcare environment.
