The Role:

We have many services in the Northern and Southern Suburbs that are seeking to expand their current team of Educators to include a highly qualified and experienced ECT who is passionate about providing quality education for children. This position is for a full-time dedicated, creative, and passionate Early Childhood Teacher.

Your Primary Responsibilities will include:

• Establishing, nurturing, and fostering collaborative partnerships with families and communities to achieve quality learning. and development outcomes for children.
• Partaking in professional performance and practice strategies to improve performance capabilities and further. professional learning.
• Engaging in shared, sustained interactions with children build warm, trusting relationships.
• Working collaboratively with the Centre Director to create and implement individualized learning plans.
• Complete curriculum planning and reflections.

Your Must-Have:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) as recognized by the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012.
• Proof of assessment by ACECQA for all overseas qualifications.
• WA Working With Children Check.
• Must have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Medically fit to work within a childcare environment.
