Due to their growth, they have an immediate requirement for an Assistant Educator, holding a Diploma or a Certificate III in Children's Services.

About the role

Working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate will be passionate, have excellent communication skills, and show initiative.

The key skills and requirements of the successful candidate include:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of your responsibilities and requirements in regard to Education and Care Regulations and Law
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of child development 0-5 years
  • The ability to develop and implement a high-quality curriculum
  • The ability to plan and organise within set timeframes
  • The ability to work in collaboration with other educators, staff, management, and families
  • The ability to follow Policies, Procedures, and Processes at all times
  • An ability to participate in the review of the Quality Improvement Plan, Policies, Procedures, and Processes.
     

Skills and experience

  • ACECQA Approved Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services
  • Current WA Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis
  • High level of verbal and written communication
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Ideally available for an immediate start.
