ENROLMENT MANAGEMENT

As competition heats up across the sector, it’s more important now than ever to ensure enquiries and new enrolments are being managed quickly, efficiently and with love. Below is a few of the enrolment tasks you will take on

  • Answer every call and enquiry you receive - no call should ever go unanswered; we expect the phones answered within 5 seconds!
  • Book and coordinate all Centre tours and follow up with each family in attendance
  • Conduct families tours of the centre that will leave them speechless and when they do speak next they will be screaming our name from the rooftops. 
  • You will look for ways to reduce the administration burden on your Centre Manager and give them more time to focus on the quality delivery in the Centre.
  • Strategically transition children throughout the year to accommodate waitlisted families – maximising your occupancy across the year
  • Actively market our Centre to the live waitlist and continue to be in contact until they are ready to enrol. 

WE WOULD LOVE YOU TO LOVE SOCIAL MEDIA AS MUCH AS WE DO. Our main conversation channels are Facebook and Instagram, Tik Tok is growing, and with some Twitter and Linkedin thrown in. Conversations can be about any aspect of our centre from:

  • Responding to enquiries via social channels within the service level timeframes 
  • Finding solutions for guests with a balanced outcome meeting customer and business needs. 
  • Collaborating with other departments to find answers and solutions for customers 
  •  Creating social media content, posts and polls  

You dont have to be a social media marketing expert but you must love it and have a passion for being creative. 

As this is a deeply complex and exciting role that will have you as the face of our centre, you will need to look the part and be polished in your appearance EVERY SINGLE DAY.

In this role you will wear more hats than the Melbourne Cup. Below is a few of the key responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet children, families and visitors to the centre.
  • Provide families with support and assistance with enrollments and general enquiries.
  • Building positive relationships with children, families and Educators
  • Processing payments & managing debt collection.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls whilst maintaining the security of the centre monitoring entrances and exits.
  • Coordinating various administration tasks including communications, maintenance, orders and deliveries

Key skills and experience

  • Previous experience working in an administration assistant role, with exposure to the early childhood industry.
  • Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care are preferred but not essential.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to time manage, priorities, produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
  • Outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
