Radha joins the NSW team with 7+ years Qualified Early Years Educator Exp and 5+ years Exp as a Recruitment Leader.
Radha career took a turn when she decided to take a break from her Recruitment career where she was managing a team of 3 recruiters that specialise in Information Technology to embark on the journey of being a Mother to her beautiful children.
During this time Radha studied her Diploma in Children's Services and when she returned to the workforce held the role of Early Years Academic Leader in a large Childcare Centre.
She can now combine her love of relationship building and passion for children's education in her new role as a Talent Resourcer finding the best talent to place permanently with our NSW clients.
